                                   - Review and discussion of lifestyle factors

                                   - Whole body mobility screen

                                   - Full objective examination

                                   - Proposed plan of care & treatment goals

                                   - Initial home / gym exercise program & modifications

FOLLOW UP TREATMENT SESSIONS: $100

60 minute 1-on-1 session includes:

                                    - Any manual treatment and therapeutic modalities

                                    - Exercise treatment program

                                    - Home / gym program modifications
