My Mission

Few professions offer the opportunity to create meaningful, lasting change in someone’s life. Physical therapy is one of them. It’s not just about rehabbing injuries—it’s about restoring confidence, redefining potential, and helping people reclaim the lives they want to live.

With a background in sports and a strong foundation in movement science, I’ve always been drawn to the transformative power of exercise. Whether it’s returning to a favorite activity, improving daily function, or reaching new levels of performance, I believe movement is one of the most powerful tools we have. As the saying goes, “If exercise were a pill, it would be the most widely prescribed medicine in the world.” I’ve seen firsthand how movement can reshape not only the body, but also the mind, attitude, and spirit.

I’m especially passionate about working with active individuals who are highly motivated to move better, perform better, and live better. My promise to you is to do all I can to help you meet your specific goals through hands-on treatment and purposeful, personalized movement.

Ultimately, my faith in Christ is at the heart of everything I do. It compels me to live a life of service, and this work allows me to care for others in a way that’s meaningful and aligned with that calling. Every day, I’m grateful for the chance to be part of someone’s healing and growth.

About me

I'm an East Texas native from Longview. I attended college in Missouri and worked in the DFW metroplex out of school before returning to my roots.

My background is in sports. I started playing at age 4 and played competitively until I finished PT school at age 25. In high school I played baseball, basketball, soccer, ran cross country, and I played collegiate basketball as well as continued competitive sports through graduate school.

I have been married to my wonderful wife, Holli, for 15 years.  Together we have 6 beautiful and crazy kids.  We believe children are a blessing and a heritage from the Lord.  Along with my faith in Christ, they motivate me to be the best father, husband, and PT that I can be.  We attend Flint Baptist Church.
